Staff Spotlight: Judy Parker![]()

Judy is the heart behind so much of what happens at our shelter. As House Manager, she keeps things running while supporting guests every step of the way. Her favorite part? Seeing someone accomplish something they never thought they could.![]()

One moment she’ll never forget: welcoming a woman in the middle of the night who was cold, hungry, scared, and being able to offer her warmth, care, and dignity.![]()

Judy reminds us that people experiencing homelessness are human, valuable, and often incredibly determined. On tough days, it’s the hugs from guests and encouragement from her team that keep her going.![]()

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her dog Hershey, binge-watching shows, and getting creative with scrapbooking and diamond art. ✨ (And she believes every day is better with a little sparkle and Starbucks!)![]()
